1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the pub 774 platform — including the website at pub774.asia and all associated gaming, betting, and account services — you ("the Player," "you," "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as the pub 774 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 3. Account Registration

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.3 Declined Transactions. pub 774 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, pub 774 may freeze the relevant account funds pending investigation and, where required by law, report the matter to appropriate Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on pub 774 — including live casino, slots, sports betting, and bingo — are governed by the specific game rules displayed within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules. pub 774's decision on the outcome of any bet, including the resolution of disputes arising from technical malfunctions, shall be final and binding, subject to applicable regulatory appeal rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pub 774's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

pub 774 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the pub 774 Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13. Account Suspension and Closure

pub 774 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: violation of these Terms; failure to pass KYC verification; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; legal or regulatory requirement; or upon the player's own request.
